Notes on using Weather Station Data

Be aware of the following before using this data:

1)  The weather station is located in the town of Athabasca, in Alberta, Canada.
    It is located near the Athabasca University campus and is located at 
    54 42'32.0"N 113 19'14.3"W  (54.708895, -113.320642).
	
2)  The station was constructed in 2011.  No recalibration of the meteorological
    sensors have been performed as of this writing (April 2020).
	
3)  Time is in local time (Mountain Standard Time). Each file starts at local 
    Midnight.
	
4) If you are looking for outdoor temperatures, look at column 29. This are 
   are temperatures recorded 2m above the ground.
   
5)  There are repeated records in the file.  You should run data files through 
    a filter to strip redundant records.
	
6)  If using the data for published research, you are kindly requested to
    acknowledge Athabasca University and Dr. Frederique Pivot.
